With the addition of these 13 new gantry cranes Panama Ports Company indicated this will increase their capacity indicating they are capable of stowing up to seven containers high. The other major advantage of these new gantry cranes, according to the Panama Ports Company, are they help expand there “green imitative” by reducing emissions, pollution, and noise levels.
